New Series from RCM: Nocturnal by Nature
The Royal Canadian Mint (RCM) continues to thrill the numismatic community with innovative creations. This release is the first of a new series, Nocturnal by Nature, and features the Barn Owl for its debut.
To capture the beauty of an owl in its natural habitat, the RCM took a unique approach to the design by adding rhodium-plating to the background, leaving the owl to shine brightly in the original silver. This is the first time the RCM has employed the use of this special element.
These coins have been struck from 1 Troy oz. .9999 fine silver and selectively coated in 0.7 oz. of black rhodium. The RCM has limited production to only 7,000 coins worldwide!
Collectors will be swooping in to snatch up MCM’s limited supply of these owl coins. Order the next addition to your collection in the original government packaging or certified by NGC with MCM’s exclusive labels.
